SELECTED PROJECTS
EXPERIENCE OF OUR TEAM

The following projects were carried out by members of our team as part of their previous professional experience. The knowledge gained during that time now forms the foundation of our expertise and the quality of our services.

PROJECT FOR A CLIENT IN THE COSMETICS INDUSTRY

At the request of one of the leading cosmetics manufacturers, a conceptual design for a new production installation was developed. The scope of work included modeling of process equipment and technological pipeline routes, as well as preparing detailed visualizations of production and technical rooms – with the aim of presenting the project as part of a tender procedure. The goal was to create a clear visual form that supported the Client during the contractor selection process.

PROJECT FOR A CLIENT IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY

For a production facility in the food industry, a complete design of a steel structure intended for installation within an existing industrial building was developed. The scope of work included modeling a service platform with consideration of existing installations. Full workshop documentation was prepared. The project was supported by a laser scan of the production hall, which allowed for the avoidance of collisions at the design stage and ensured a perfect fit of the new structure.

PROJECT FOR A CLIENT IN THE CHOCOLATE INDUSTRY

For a renowned chocolate manufacturer, a project for a chocolate tempering installation was developed, including the modeling and full workshop documentation of triple-layer pipelines (product pipe/water jacket/insulation). The adjustment of pipeline routes to the existing infrastructure was supported by point cloud data. This allowed for the avoidance of collisions with existing installations and an accurate reflection of real conditions, which translated into fast installation.

PROJECT FOR A CLIENT IN THE BIOTECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY

For a modern production facility specializing in the manufacturing of infusion fluids and medical products, a three-dimensional model of the technological installation was developed in BIM standard. The scope of work included modeling of pipelines and process equipment, close collaboration with HVAC and architectural teams – ensuring full interdisciplinary coordination. The project was tailored to meet the high requirements of the cleanroom environment and industry regulations.

PROJECT FOR A CLIENT IN THE CHEMICAL INDUSTRY

At the request of a client in the chemical industry, a project was carried out to relocate an existing process manifold to a new location within an active production facility. The project included the extension and adaptation of process pipelines to the new layout. The 3D model was based on data obtained from a point cloud. The implementation required a thorough analysis of the existing infrastructure and minimizing the impact of design and installation work on operating systems.

PROJECT FOR A CLIENT IN THE COSMETICS INDUSTRY

As part of the expansion of a cosmetics production facility, the role of coordinator for assembly works and site supervision was fulfilled. The scope included direct supervision of welding, electrical, and insulation works, with attention to quality and compliance with design documentation; responsibility for health and safety regulations on the construction site; and coordination of deliveries and material orders. All tasks were completed in line with the investor’s schedule.

PROJECT FOR A CLIENT IN THE WATER-SEWAGE / HVAC INDUSTRY

For a large investment, a BIM model of sanitary and mechanical installations was developed, including sewage pipelines, cold, hot, and circulation water systems. Ventilation and air-conditioning systems were also modeled. In the design process, particular emphasis was placed on avoiding collisions through continuous model analysis. The BIM model helps with project communication and provides the investor with time savings during the implementation.

PROJECT FOR A CLIENT IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY

As part of the project, interdisciplinary coordination was carried out within the Autodesk Collaboration Cloud environment. The scope of work included the exchange and real-time synchronization of multi-discipline models (process, HVAC, architecture, structure), collision detection, and management of project documentation and model revisions using the SharePoint platform. Coordination meetings were organized with the participation of designers and representatives of the investor.
