DESIGN OF PIPING SYSTEMS AND STEEL STRUCTURES:
We deliver complete design solutions for:
piping installations,
steel structures (platforms, service walkways),
process equipment (tanks, skids, process units),
support frames and auxiliary systems.
All designs are developed in full compliance with applicable industrial standards and regulations, including GMP, ATEX, and HACCP.
COMPLETE PROJECT DOCUMENTATION:
We prepare comprehensive design documentation, including:
Conceptual documentation – for feasibility analysis and planning,
Detailed (execution) documentation – for project implementation and construction,
As-built documentation – reflecting the actual state of completed works.
We also prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities for tendering and investment planning purposes.
SITE MEASUREMENTS AND FACILITY SURVEYS:
We carry out on-site measurements directly at the project location and collaborate with reputable partners specializing in 3D laser scanning. This enables us to create accurate models that reflect the real-world condition of existing structures and installations.
BIM-BASED MODELING:
We create BIM models of industrial installations and facilities, enabling:
improved interdisciplinary coordination (HVAC, plumbing, structural, architectural),
optimization for prefabrication and on-site assembly,
reduction of clashes and execution-phase errors,
easy handover of documentation in IFC, Revit, and other standard formats.
COMMISSIONING AND START-UP SUPPORT:
We provide on-site presence of our specialists during the critical phase of project execution — installation, commissioning, and functional testing. Our support includes troubleshooting, verification of completed works, and adapting systems to real operating conditions.
